In the case of diagrams, you can use the words "shuusei 修正" or "naoshi 直し" interchangeably. "Naoshi 直し" gives the impression that there are not too many corrections to be made, whereas "shuusei 修正z" may imply a greater number of corrections. However, this can vary case by case, so be sure to ask exactly how much is required of you with "dono gurai  no  ryou 量 deshouka."
