Buchoo ga orusu no aida ni, kyuu ninguai ga waruku natte sootai shimashita. She got ill while you were out and went home early.

Orusu no aida ni --> inai aida ni  while you were out

Guai ga warui = Kibun ga warui  not feeling well

Sootai suru  = hayaku kaerimasu  leave earlier than the designated time

Itoo kun sootai ka. Daijoubu ka na. Oh, she left early. I hope she's okay.
