A : Sensee ! Eat these sweets ! 先生、このお菓子 食べてください！！食べてください！Sensei, kono okashi tabete kudasai! Tabete kudasai!
Sensee : Hold it ! お待ちなさい! Omachi nasai!
Sensee : When a superior is eating , don't use taberu. Use meshiagaru.
食べる taberu ---> 召し上がる meshiagaru
召し上がってください。Meshiagatte kudasai.
A : Sensee. Please eat these sweets. 先生、このお菓子 召し上がってください。Sensei, kono okashi meshiagatte kudasai.
Sensee : Arigatou. ありがとう。Do you two want one, too ? 君たちも どうかね。Kimitachi mo dou ka ne.
A : Tabemasu ! 食べます！
B : Hold it ! お待ちください。Omachi nasai.
Sensee : When talking about yourself to a superior, don't use taberu. Use itadaku.
食べる taberu --> 頂くitadaku
頂く。Itadaku.
頂きます、Itadakimasu.
Sensee : Go ahead. どうぞ。Douzo.
A : Thank you. 頂きます。Itadakimasu.
B : Thank you. 私も頂きます。Watashi mo itadakimasu.

A : Sensee! Looking sharp! Are you meeting someone? 先生、おしゃれしてどなたに会うんですか。Sensei, oshareshite donata ni aun desu ka.
A : Are you meeting someone? Donata ni aun desu ka.
Sensee : When a superior is meeting someone, don't use au. Use oai ni naru.
Oai ni naru.
Oai ni narun desu ka.
A : Sensee, are you meeting someone? Sensee donata ni oai ni narun desu ka.
Sensee : Yes, I'm meeting my senpai. Korekara watashi ga sonkei 尊敬 suru senpai ni oai surun da.
B : Your senpai?! Sensee no senpai desu ka.
A : I want to meet him, too! Watashi mo aitai desu.
Sensee : When talking about yourself to a superior, don't use au. Use ome ni kakaru.
Ome ni kakaru.
Ome ni kakaritai.
A : Sensee, I want to meet him, too. Sensee, watashi mo ome ni kakaritai desu.
B : Me too. Watashi mo.
Sensee : I see. Then let's go. Suka, souka, ikou.

It was OK to use two o's.

You would also add o here to be polite.
