Commentary
A
The pattern 「ときどき Vます」indicates that something happens repeatedly at intervals. 「ぜんぜん Vません」indicates that something never happens at all.
B
「よく」 and「ときどき」are used with affirmatives「Vます」, whereas 「あまり」and「ぜんぜん」are used with negatives 「Vません」.
