Watashi no seki a doko ka, oshiete itadakemasenka. Could you please show me my seat ?

Watashi ni seki wa dokoka, oshiete itadakemasen ka. Could you please show me my seat ?

Dokoni suwaruka wa, minna ni kiite kudasai. 

(1) Seki o kiku toki  --> Watashi no seki wa dokoka, oshiete itadakemasen ka. 

To ask where you should sit --> Watashi no seki wa doko deshouka./ Watashi no seki wa dochira deshouka.

(2) Kaigi ni deru hito no suu o kiku toki --> Nan nin (kuru) ka oshiete itadakemasen ka.

To ask how many people will attend a meeting -->  Could you please tell me how many people will be at the meeting ?

Nan nin irasshaimasuka./ Nan nin deshouka.

A ajenda A gidai 議題 shidai 次第 is prepared and a shinkouyaku 進行役 facilitator leads the meeting.

Raishuu no kaigi no mae ni, ichido uchiawase o shiyou. Let's have pre-meeting before next week's meeting. 

Tooka ni kaigi ga aru kara, sono mae ni ichido uchiawase o shimasenka. Ojikan arimasuka. We have a meeting on the tenth. If you have time, would you like to hold a pre-meeting before that ?

"Ninzuu-bun youi shite moraemasenka," means "Please prepare enough for everyone."
